The quality of the instruction is best! The style taugh is Northern 7 Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu. The Sifu/Pro MMA champion Tyrone Angolia leads the class in a very upbeat, fun, yet serious manner.

Excellent teacher! I have been off and studying with him for about 6 years now, and in that time I have ventured out to other schools in the area ( all of them ) and always find myself back there. He is well knowledged in the history of the style, and being he is a certified teacher in numerous styles he is very well versed in fighting in general. His attitude is always great, and he encourages his student in life as much as he does training. And he has always been flexible about money.

The quality of the equipment is good, wide open carpeted dojo equipped with all the targets, weapons and gear needed to train.

Classes are scheduled from 7-8:30 on tu/thur and 5-6:30 on fridays, but you can always expect about a half hour or so on top of that as he loves to teach! Class size ranges from 10-20 people depending on the day. Most students do come back, because of the welcoming atmosphere and the knowledge gained after each session.

I wouldn't trade it for anything. I would even go as far as saying at times my life has depended on it.
